• Managed capital projects for TD Bank, Home Depot, LukOil and BJ’s.
   Projects consisted of renovations, maintenance and roll out programs up to $7 million in costs.

                • Coordinated phasing and scheduling with clients, oversaw all client vendors,
    hired sub-contractors, and worked with maintenance crews.

• Obtained sign–offs from client punchlists and any outstanding permits for close-out.

•  Responsible for providing progress reports during weekly client status meetings.

• Managed project renovations, facility upgrades and special programs for main   
   client, Commerce Bank up to $5 million.

· Interfaced with design company working on plan layouts for bank branches.

• Oversaw millwork installations for Commerce Bank branches and operations
   centers in addition to Phillips Seafood, Piazza de Giorgio, Christmas Tree Stores    
   and Mercedes Benz.

• Coordinated and supervised all sub-contractors (including union affiliations) on
    job site, set up work schedules, and obtain pricing from sub-contractors.

• Effectively communicate and liaison with facility and project managers on a              
                  regular basis. Perform other    responsibilities and assignments as necessary.

• Hired and supervised sub-contractors and coordinate all aspects of projects to

   accounting software program. Liaison with client company property managers.

• Directed and managed small construction crew employed by Lesco to perform
